In 2022 we had a return rate of 0.1% so we have extended our UK returns up to 50 days after purchase. Our Doobys Nails boxs are large letter friendly so can be placed back into the original packaging we sent you and popped into a letter box as a large letter or taken to a post office.

For International returns you will need to get your returns label via the portal. Please use the address label provided, any handwritten address labels will cause delays with your refund and may mean you need to pay import VAT and a customs duty charge.

FAQ's
How long do the nails last?
How well your false nails stay on is all down to the quality of adhesive used with the nails. We do not supply glue with our items as we know all customers are different and want their nails for different occasions. If you intend to wear your nails for a week or more, we advise a good quality glue and prepping your nails well beforehand. I do this and keep my press ons on for well over a week. If you are just looking to wear your nails for a day / night event we recommend gel or nail tabs we have available in store.

How do I know if your nails will fit my fingers?
Our sets will come as a 20 / 24 depending on the shape. This includes 10 different sizes for each hand. They are designed for very narrow nails and the larger hand. Once you receive the nails line them up to your actual nail and wear the ones that fit best. Our nails range between 17mm wide to 7mm wide. We have provided drag queens and narrow nails the same set as the 10 sizes cover a range of widths.
Can I reuse the nails?
Of course, some of our customers have kept their nails over 12 months. One of the best attributes our nails has is they can be re used over and over. After you have soaked your nails in warm water the glue on the back will be soft enough to scrape off ready for the next application (if used gel tabs they will peel off no problem ready to reuse) Would like a different colour ? You can paint in nail polish on top of any of our sets.

Gel tabs or glue?
Who do you ship with?
We use Royal Mail to send all our packages. So you can expect our nails to arrive with your usual morning post and not have to worry about waiting in for a delivery.
How do I know if my Doobys Nails are on the way?
As soon as you place your order we are on it as we know you want your nails fast! We have 3 collections a day from the salon so your nails will be dispatched within 24 hours of you ordering. You will then receive a dispatch email to let you know they are on the way. All orders placed on a Sunday will be shipped 8am Monday morning. (please note this excludes UK Bank Holidays) Be sure to check your junk folder for confirmation.

Can I cancel an order?
As soon as your order is placed our team are on it to get your nails to you as soon as possible. If you change your mind you have 50 days to return your items to us so do not worry. But sadly we cannot cancel orders once placed but you have 50 days to return your nails to us for a full refund.
