If a set is sold out will you restock?
Many sets will not be restocked until next year as our team can only paint so many sets a day. We have had many customers already email to ask when we will restock.
How long do they last?
2 weeks with glue or 1-2 days with gel tabs
How long do they take to apply?
It requires minimal prep and takes only 30 seconds to apply each nail - so you can be ready to take on your day in no time.
How do I know they will fit?
Each set comes with 10 different sizes for each hand. Ideal for larger to smaller hands, each set featuring 10 sizes to suit all hand shapes.
Can I reuse your nails?
Of course! all sets are sent in a luxury Doobys gift box so once you have worn simply store in your gift box. Can be reused up to 7 times
How long is delivery?
All our sets are in stock. We offer UK Next Day delivery or standard 1-2 day delivery. International 5-10 days.
Can I return?
Of course ! Simply pop your nails back in a post box and allow us 48 hours we will process your refund for you. Just be sure to include your name & order number. Please note we cannot refund used / worn nails

YES! These nails are reusable if you use the nail adhesive tabs, as you can just softly roll and peel the nail adhesive tab off the false nail and store them in their box ready for the next use.
Your nail preparation will determine how long your nails last. Be sure to follow the instructions in our how to tutorial below with preparing your nails to get the best results.
The adhesive tabs are best for short term use (last for approximately 2hrs -24hrs)
The Nail Glue is best for long term use (last for approximately 1-2 weeks)
The glue tabs are best for reusing the nails and short term use. These would be best for a night out , then pop them off when you get home and put them back in the box for the next time.
If you are wanting long lasting, the glue is the suitable option for you. Be careful when applying as this is strong adhesive.
You can cut them, file, paint … whatever you wish. Our nails are customizeable.

From your Doobys Box choose the nails that fit your fingers best. (10 sizes to choose from our nails
are great for larger and smaller hands)
Remove any leftover polish
from your nails.
If you feel you have
slightly oily nails you can use rubbing alcohol (or a kind nail polish
remover) to gently remove any excess oil. This will ensure a stronger
hold.
Application
Cut the tip of the glue
bottle and apply a small blob to the back of the nail and your own nail
(more glue will ensure a stronger hold)
If using gel tabs, remove
from the sheet and apply a tab smaller than your nails. We advise a
smaller tab than your actual nail this will remove any gaps round the edge
and give the nails the strongest hold.
Soak your nails in warm
soapy water for around 5-10 minutes. We advise to not soak your nails in
acetone if you wish to wear them again as this will damage the gel on the
nails.
If the nails will not budge
you can use another nail to gently prize the nail round the edges.
If you have applied gel tabs
these can be peeled from the back of the nail. If you have used glue this
can be gently removed once the nails are soaked as the glue will be soft.

Of course! We know how important nails are and they have to be right. If for any reason you wish to return we have extended our returns to 50 days.
